Time flies

Suffice it to say, this combination is proving to have more potential than we ever imagined. The value our new offering has to existing and potential customers is huge, and we’re now the dominant force in the PRM space without having made a dent in our plans. Our technology enables our customers to truly innovate the way they execute their partnering strategies. Not only making it easier for partners to do business with them but also creating more opportunities to partner with like-minded businesses.

This is also true for us as we look to create meaningful partnerships with organizations that also want to revolutionize partner relationship management (PRM) with new and innovative technologies, data and insight.

What this means for our product

Our Product and Development teams have had their heads down to combine our two platforms together into one PRM. 

Extending Allbound's PRM capabilities, rooted in a stellar partner experience with sophisticated partner journey automation, with the full suite of partner program automation solutions from Channel Mechanics makes for a very powerful combination. 

This elevates our core PRM, fundamentally transforming the partnership management landscape with new tools, enhanced channel automation, and deeper insight into partner and program performance.

You’ll see more from us as we complete our integration phase and focus on roadmap execution. We also have some exciting AI capabilities on our roadmap, so watch this space!

Our new go-to-market plan

Behind the scenes, we’ve been strategizing and planning to ensure our combined GTM is as compelling as possible. 

Over the coming weeks, you'll hear more about how we are combining the best of both products forming a game-changing, next-generation PRM platform. Our new GTM focuses on delivering value across a range of company sizes, number and diversity of partners, program maturity, and industry. 

Building on Allbound’s many years of expertise in partner relationship management, including partner portal, CMS, LMS, and business planning, the acquisition now allows customers to upgrade and access a more advanced, end-to-end suite of capabilities. 

This comprehensive solution includes enhanced features for partner sales and renewals, partner marketing, onboarding and enablement, leveling and performance tiering, claims and payments, inventory support, and much more.

We believe PRM should be an enabling technology that unlocks the full potential of partnerships for businesses of all sizes. As a result of the acquisition, companies such as Box, Broadcom, Juniper, Grammarly, SAP, Keeper Security and Extreme utilize multiple capabilities across our portfolio, and the combined power of both our technologies only creates further opportunities for every type of business.

An exciting future ahead

Our ambitions are clear: to shake up the PRM space by accelerating our mission to unlock maximum mutual value from partnerships for all businesses. That means unlocking value at every step in the partnership lifecycle. 

We are tackling big challenges such as partner engagement, removing channel friction, rapid deployment, real-time visibility into channel performance, managing complex, multi-tiered programs at scale, and many more (feel free to tell us about yours!) 

Furthermore, as we continue to innovate in this space, we see AI as playing a key role in our solutions. We’ve already incorporated AI/ML into many areas of our platform but we have so much more planned so stay tuned for updates!
